Terms & Conditions

Kazumi Japanese & Culture School by Henry Harvin is governed by a set of rules and terms which all participants must agree to. Upon initial registration and annually thereafter, learners agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions for the duration of their program.

Below are the key highlights of the agreement. These are essential to understand your rights and obligations as a learner:

Key Terms You Need to Know:

  • Registration Fee: Required at the time of enrollment. For some programs, it's included in the course/module fee as mentioned on our website. Continuing students may have to pay registration fees yearly.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees (e.g., application fees, prior learning assessment) are non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned on the website.
  • Examination Center Costs: Exams are held online across time zones with dedicated teams. External examination bodies determine these fees, and they must be paid directly to them. These costs are not included in our course prices.
  • Examination Centers: Each examination board sets its own sitting fee. Please consult with your assigned exam team for current rates.
  • External Tuition Providers: If learners choose or are required to study with a third party, extra tuition or support fees must be borne by the learner.
  • Hardcopy Degree Certificates: Physical (hard copy) certificates are available upon request with an additional courier charge.
  • Batch Swap: Learners can request a batch swap before specific deadlines by paying an additional fee.
  • Late Fee Penalty: A 2% monthly penalty on total course fee will apply for delayed payments.
